Savage and ravenousYou torch me with your need spawned by an addiction you cannot satisfy.
I try to hold back but your fire envelops me.

Simultaneously unleashing our wilder selves
To gallop unrestrained from the room.
We watch sated as they burst hand in hand into the night.
And you kiss me in the cool of the afterglow,
Then fall asleep,
Your fingers laced with mine.
